Loose lips sink ships. Is it true? Many times we feel we can cover our loose lips with, "I was just joking" or "Well, I'm just being honest" or "Everyone already knows." But is this the way Hashem wants us to use our speech? Proverbs says the tongue contains the power to distribute both life and death. Both Yeshua and our current Torah portion agree that speaking ill against a fellow brother in the faith is detrimental to everyone involved. Do we have blood on our tongues?
